THIS EPISODE BECAME AWESOME BECAOZ OF CRISTINA YANG

Everything went well, at least for a few days. There were the usual sorts of problems-Uncle Earl had told me how to pay the power bill but not the water bill, which took me nearly an hour to sort out, and then the point-of-sale system needed an update, and doing that took the computers down for two hours, and I had to make out receipts by hand for T-shirts and coffee mugs. An update came out for the website that broke every link, and I had to go through and update them by hand. And Beau groomed the grizzly bear's left hind paw until he threw up, because old taxidermy is preserved with nasty chemicals. I assume this was revenge for not letting him eat the fish leather.

The first major crisis occurred on the Thursday after Uncle Earl left, when I was doing my sweep to make sure nobody was left in the museum after closing and discovered a hole in the dry.

    Tiresome animal rights sub plot.

LOL. Save the animals so they can die as god intended. As bacon or food for other animals. Why do people imagine animals as humanoid? So silly. So underdeveloped. They don't understand that the little buggers are not as important as we are. Seriously. The compassion is quixotic. This type of silliness is rife in society on all sides. This silly religious and 'spiritual' claptrap. The arguments are truncated and juvenile. It must be thus because they try so hard to tug at the ignorance of emotion. Its always trite when a show tries to preach. And oh yes its preaching when you invoke 'gods creatures' lol. These creatures all belong to this loving god who made them to die and suffer and eat and be eaten and now he has made us to stop all that! ROTFLMAO Deist pining and sophist dancing. Everything dies and no amount delusional attempts to save animals from there inevitably miserable ends will stop it. There is nothing wrong with using animals and people who don't harm animals harm people all the time. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it. Welcome to death planet! Also she overstates the value of plastic corpses as well. But the authors of the show know that.

We need a change - urgently!

The days of experimenting on animals are long gone. While this episode may have a disclaimer "No animals were harmed" animals are always harmed. Whether it's testing on make up, pharmaceutical trials, VW testing the effects of diesel on dogs, trials using rabbits, mice etc. we have progressed far enough with science and technology where we no longer need to practice barbaric methods that continually display our lack of humanity.

We plan on going to Mars and we still experiment with animals - pathetic...

      [after sex]

Dr. Erica Hahn: [laughing and smiling] That was amazing.

Dr. Callie Torres: Yay! It was for me, too.

      [they kiss]

Dr. Erica Hahn: I mean, that was amazing!

Dr. Callie Torres: For me, too.

Dr. Erica Hahn: My whole life, my whole adult life, I have been with men. And it always felt, you know, fine, good, but... I never...

      [laughs]

Dr. Erica Hahn: I mean, I did, but not... not like this. This is like needing glasses.

Dr. Callie Torres: Um, I've blinded you?

Dr. Erica Hahn: No. When I was a kid, I would get these headaches, and I went to the doctor, and they said that I needed glasses. I didn't understand that, it didn't make sense to me, because I could see fine. And then I get the glasses, and I put them on, and I'm in the car on the way home, and suddenly I yell...

      [tearing up]

Dr. Erica Hahn: because the big green blobs that I had been staring at my whole life, they weren't big green blobs. they were leaves on trees. I could see the leaves. And I didn't even know I was missing the leaves. I didn't even know that leaves existed, and then... leaves! You are glasses.

      [laughs happily]

Dr. Erica Hahn: I am so gay. I am so, so, so gay. I am extremely gay.

Dr. Callie Torres: [awkwardly] Um... I have to go.
