When a brutally murdered body is found in the Thames, DI Moses Jones is put on the case by his superiors at Scotland Yard simply because of his ethnic heritage and paired with DS Dan Twentyman. Moses returns to the brothel to find a crucial piece of evidence which points the finger at a famous sports commentator, Frank Costello.
