Just keeps blowing my mind away

I can safely say that House is one of the best T.V shows there ever was. This episode is by far the best, besides 'No Reason'. It was full of mystery, doubt and a great mix of emotions beyond your imagination. Luckily I watched it on my computer, so lets say I watched it more than once especially the ending. Just make sure you have soda and everything you'll need next to you, and that you emptied your bladder before even thinking about watchin that episode, coz you wouldn't dare get up in the middle of the show. Trust me! This shows keeps getting better, it just keeps blowing my mind away. Keep up the good job! Finally I can proudly say I watch TV series and I'm not an airhead!

Amazing... I can barely find words.

After watching this episode I did not know how to feel. It was probably the best and worst moment in any TV-show that I've ever seen. I just sat silently, listening to the music with tears falling from my eyes, the fact that i cried for the first time in five years almost shocked me more than the ending.

The characters in this show have never felt more alive than after this episode, and I can't wait to see more - Nothing can compare to this show when it comes to the actors skill, the script and the ability for the show to really affect you a deeper way than you thought possible.

I love this show and will continue watching it for as long as it airs.

    Simply brilliant !

This episode, and the previous one, are two of the best pieces of television ever made. They are tense and dramatic, poignant and oh so sad. I defy anyone not to be moved by the final scenes.

All of the performances are exceptional, the script and direction superb. We see a different side of House as he struggles to find the answer and, for once, shows genuine concern for another human being, or is he really more worried about what the outcome will mean for himself ?

It doesn't matter. These 2 episodes are simply brilliant.

What more does anybody want from a TV series ?

I tried finding something wrong with this episode. I could have, but I wouldn't have been objective. It was extremely moving. Wilson's Heart is simply touching, and probably the best House episode, if not the best TV series episode ever. It is puzzling, mysterious, romantic, realistic, tough. It doesn't let you pause and guarantees a tearful hour. Could not ask for better acting, and in no other episode has Wilson been the most important character, showing a very sensitive and touching side of him. You have to appreciate a character like Wilson, being invented almost opposite to House, however being able to face him. This series reflects perfectly the most important side of both House and Wilson's characteristics: House's Head, Wilson's Heart. Simply wonderful !

    • Trivia
As House is in the bathroom, his bathroom stall has writing that says, "James Wilson is adorable."
    • Goofs
When Foreman and Taub turn Amber to check the small of her back, Foreman switches from Amber's right side to join Taub on her left side, pushing on her leg to roll her over. For patient safety, either doctor would have grasped at the patient's shoulder and hip, turning Amber toward them (so she doesn't roll off the bed) while the other doctor checks her back.
    • Quotes

Dr. Gregory House: I could stay here with you.

Dr. Amber Volakis: Get off the bus.

      Dr. Gregory House: I can't.

      Dr. Amber Volakis: Why not?

Dr. Gregory House: Because... because it doesn't hurt here. Because I... I don't want to be in pain, I don't want to be miserable. And I don't want him to hate me.

Dr. Amber Volakis: Well... you can't always get what you want.
