Gripping and tense - just wanted more from ending
I didn't expect much from this when I started it but I was gripped straight away and eager to see where the story would go. I really liked the characters and think they were given enough of a background to be invested in them without going overboard and being drawn-out. Overall, I loved the concept and, although it's not an entirely unique idea, I think it was very well executed. This was what I hoped 'Nine Perfect Strangers' would be like.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm surprised there are so many poor reviews as I think it's one of the best original series released by Netflix. The only thing I can criticise is the ending - I really would have liked it to have given a bit more than it did. But, I suppose they are setting up for a second season and hopefully we get one!
Highly recommend, but be aware the season finale doesn't end in a neatly-tied bow and this is slightly disappointing.
