I give this two stars just for the minimal effort. Beyond that, there isn't much else to recommend this movie. It looks incredibly rushed like it was made in just a couple of weeks, and obviously, they cut so many corners, that there isn't much left to give it merit. I can only compare the quality to the dull and uninspired stuff I see on PureFlix. Hallmark does a better job on their occasional period piece, and their stuff is woefully inadequate. Then to top all of this off, this Silent night clocks in at way over two hours. Seriously, this movie needs to be put on a diet! As it is, this movie comes across as an amateur effort, that lacked just about everything needed to tell a good story.
