Tom & Jerry (2021)

Goofs

Tom & Jerry

Edit

Factual errors

After the baseball scene, the newscaster is heard saying the spectators were seated in Right Field, whereas they were in fact seated in Left Field.
It was mentioned the hotel had 21 floors, but the elevators floor indicators on top of the elevators show it does not go anywhere nearly that high.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

In Ken Jeong's first scene, when he says "Why do you hate me?" his mouth does not match his words.

Errors in geography

When Tom is designing his complex mousetrap, he gets to work in a room with a "No Entry" sign outside the door. This nomenclature is more common to the UK where most of the filming was done. A US sign would typically say "Do Not Enter"

Character error

Kayla states she is getting tired of Tom and Jerry not talking. However, no animal characters throughout the movie are shown to be able to speak with humans, only other animals. In fact, there is a scene where Tom sings in full sentences to an animated cat.
In one scene Tom is initially depicted as Left-Handed. In another scene he is seen as Right-Handed. Could he be ambidextrous or is it a continuity error spotted by someone who is Sinistral (LH) not Dextral (RH)
