Lawyers come to interview the staff in a class action lawsuit involving investor fraud in an earlier case. Loker and Torres's friendship is tested. When two police officers shot a black teenager suspect, there are many manifestations in Wahington DC. Dr. Lightman and Dr. Foster are hired to find whether the officers' shoot was good or not. One of the police officers, Eric Kuransky, is an FBI agent indeed that is looking for terrorist cells in the police department, and Cal looks for the truth in his statements.
