Not believable
This episode went off the rails in the last 15 mins or so. Zoe can't balance her check book earlier in the series but now she's a blackmailer!?! Also she has a timed email?? This would not be binding in any way, just a dumb scenario. And third, he can just shred her fake ID and she's back to being Zoe the lonely divorcee.
The "strong female" characters in the show is feeling forced at this point. Maebe is great but she is outsmarting the men around her, same with young Abby, and Khadijah and Nina and Zoe. It's a little too obvious that there is an agenda there and it's distracting from the good parts.
