Despite being set in London, UK, the city scenes were all filmed around Birmingham, UK.

Goofs
The first 30 minutes show society disintegrating in the face of a massive flu epidemic. There are panic-stricken crowds in the streets and hospitals, but except for some stock footage shown on TV, not a single person is wearing a mask to protect themselves (flu is transmitted by inhaling infected droplets). Also, flu symptoms include coughing, sneezing, and reddened/watery eyes, but barely any of the dying show these symptoms. Some victims say they are feverish, but close ups show there's not a drop of sweat on their faces.
