I really enjoyed this series and would have loved to see it continue. The level of talent is phenomenal and I cannot help but wonder how the series could afford so many great actors. The method of telling the story of the three first ladies, and of course their president husbands and families, was interesting. The stories jump around in time and from lady to lady. And this happens multiple times in each episode. We are shown so much about each of them and how they lived. I couldn't help but notice the similarities as well as the differences in their lives and the state of the country during those lives. I'm sorry there won't be many more seasons for this series. I think it provided some much needed insight into the past along with just being really entertaining.
