There are three women working in the kitchen with ease. The only one not familiar with kitchen chores is the central character who does not belong to the traditional family. The movie revolves around her. The seven day isolation during periods could have been undone with as these practices are not relevant today. This movie reminded me of "Slumdog Millionaire" where the dark side of Indians are portrayed. Joe deserves an Oscar for portraying the dark side of Indian Kitchen. The movie is slow in pace but captures the essence of Kitchen chores beautifully.

Sooraj Venjaramoodu needs to get good at foreplay..if he wishes to retain his new bride.
