Surprisngly very good modern slasher !
It starts strong, the suspense begins from the first scene, and the slashing starts 10 minutes later with the victim's actions not as you'd expect (predictably stupid). Then we move into the main course: 2 friends fleeing the city to the countryside to run away from early Covid restrictions and headaches. They are joined by a boyfriend and the 3 experience a hellish night with many surprises and twists It's a prolonged fight for survival that is virtually devoid of your usual cheap jump scares, predictability and victims making stupid decisions, even though there were scattered stupid moves here and there. For slasher fans this is one of the best this decade.
