Goofs
Zoe's entire premise for the defense of her client rests on proving her client reasonably thought Susan was of age, however in Virginia where the crime occurred, this is not a valid legal defense for such a crime, even if the alleged victim went to great lengths to lie about their age, including using a fake ID as is the case here, and as a lawyer, Zoe should know that.
