A powerful storyline with a great cast with acerbic humour and strong drama. An emotional conclusion to the instalment.

Trivia
The Hillsborough "accident" where 96 football fans were crushed to death is talked about many times during "To Be a Somebody". Christopher Eccleston who plays DCI Bilborough also starred in the 1996 film "Hillsborough" about the same subject.

Goofs
Albie says he shaved his head because he had a bet that Manchester United wouldn't beat Leeds. United didn't beat Leeds until April 1994. The game at Old Trafford on New Year's Day was a goalless draw.
