I'm not sure what it was, I guess I wasn't feeling last week's premiere. Still a great episode but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they needed time to set ground work for the season and upcoming character development.
Then BAM! In comes Episode 2. Laugh out loud humour, classic Ari temper/dialogue, the bit about Seth Rogen was funny, classic Entourage party setting with the premiere, the new characters didn't feel forced (Ashley, Autumn Reeser, the chick from Fast and Furious), and great development so far into the sub-plots (Sloan & Eric, Andrew & Autumn Reeser, etc.) Only tiny complaint is that we didn't get a Gatsby clip (which should have been in episode 1 to begin), but realistically, that would have been hard to pull off. At least we got a glimpse at a poster of some kind.
Episode 2, classic Entourage. Probably gonna rewatch it before Episode 3. *NOW* Entourage is back, baby!
