Mediocre at Best but still fun to enjoy (especially if a fan of Yugioh)
Starting from basic editing, Martin Billany basically made this parody be a mere carbon-copy of late-night adult swim parody series of their own and basically made it a parody of itself. His comedic writing ranges from tasteless mean spirited and at times humorous especially when trying to pull references from all over the net and fandom to keep the series going. Calling him a legend or this series better than the actual show in my eyes is exaggerated. It's cute but a lot of the time I felt like it was more of a spit-take series to the original property than a love letter.
If you're a fan of the Yugioh series or just like to laugh, feel free to give it a watch but try not to take this series too seriously. The voice acting is fine and the editing is excellent but the writing feels almost like it's trying to be its own South Park as opposed to a parody of the actual Yugioh show itself. Martin may be a fan of Yugioh, but his this internet show definitely fails to show it especially when he takes way too much pleasure in putting down support characters with Seto Kaiba as his mouth piece while Yugi and his alter ego Yami have become stale and one note.
I do however give him props for continuing this series despite the legal and copyright issues he'd had to go through just to keep it uploaded.

Screw the Rules in America because Shut Up... Nyeh.
This is the one that started it all; the show that caused abridging anime (and, on occasion, other things) to become an Internet phenomenon. With its parodying of obvious plot holes, clever catchphrases, and pop culture references galore, Yugioh Abridged has humor that nearly anyone can enjoy.
And yet, even amidst all of the hilarious and incredibly quotable lines, the Abridged Series still manages to retain the basic plot elements of the Yugioh Anime. People who have never seen the show, yet have watched the Abridged Series, actually begin to develop interest in the original series (I've seen it happen). Because of this, the series also serves as a great way to introduce your friends to Yugioh... in a way that's slightly more acceptable than usual.
LittleKuriboh, the man that writes, edits, and voices nearly the entire show, is a comedic writer on par with the best that Hollywood has to offer, and its inconceivable that he has not been hired to write for television as of yet. The humor, with the exception of comments on Mai Valentine, is suitable for all ages, and is brilliant in both its simplicity and its timing.
For those of you reading this that have never seen the series, I think it's quite obvious I highly recommend it. For those of you who have already seen the series, I apologize for being so boring and formal, and your mother plays card games in hell.

Super Awesome
I really like the way this show mocks anime and the who Yugioh franchise. I also like the way it makes out like 4Kids is an evil corporation, trying to the the Abridged series canceled. The catch phrases of the characters are well done and I often use them in real life. The one this that does not make sense about this page, however, is the there is no mention of LittleKuriboh in the voice actors, considering he is a main voice actor, anyhow....One of my favorite things about this show is the constant references to other shows, movies and games that makes it just that much more funny. Overall this is an excellent spoof that I recommend to everyone, even if they don't watch Yugioh
About time this series reached IMDb!!!!!!!!!
Let me start off by saying, that the Yu-Gi-Oh series has been a big part of my childhood that I still hold dearly to me. As of now I still enjoy reading the manga and watching the anime as often as I can. Words from a wise woman: When I say something is good, it's good okay? That includes YGOTAS, and the original YGO as well as Season zero.
When I was in eight grade I saw a comment special that he made, which featured the characters Joey and Kaiba. Curious of what it was I watched it. I found it simply hilarious, and I checked out more of his videos on LK's original channel. I was hooked on the abridged series! I even told my friends about it (too bad they didn't know what I was talking about, since every one of them was a bunch of Narutards)!
Honestly, I don't think I would consider you a fan of YGO if you haven't at least seen one episode of The Abridged series. So, go.. Check it out now if you haven't! Well, you better get there before Youtube starts acting like Llyod, and Harry from Dumb and Dumber!
