Extreme Paranormal

I'm not going to go into much detail to waste my time more than I already have, but what a joke! I watched only half the show if even that. It's such a embarrassing show, I'm surprised it was even aired! The way they disrespect the dead and all the rituals... I really cannot see why this is even being shown hahaha. Such a ridiculous tv show no wonder I never heard of it before I was bored trying to find something to watch on Hulu.

I was hoping to watch a good investigation show on the New Mexico State penitentiary, but this is such a freaking joke and even the sounds are ridiculous, it's just all out embarrassing and I highly DO NOT recommend this horrible show. It's such a JOKE.

You'd be forgiven for thinking this is a parody of popular ghost shows like Ghost Hunters and Ghost 'Dude' Adventures. Because there's a lot of those shows now the only way to get a piece of the action is to be more extreme than them so that's what they've gone for. This basically translates into a lot of stunts like burying the fat eunuch looking guy alive while chucking their own blood around as an offering.

How about a summoning...in a lake? Extreme enough for you yet? This is so over the top I'm sure even the Paranormal State team are watching and laughing at them. It's heavily scripted (check out their 'surprise' when their friend turns up at pen state) and they turn up nothing interesting at all.

Just don't get too attached to these guys because I don't think this is second season material. It's one thing to wander around with a video camera looking for ghosts, that can be fun to watch but seeing a bunch of fat guys bleeding themselves so they can perform rituals to contact the dead? No thanks, that's not healthy on any level and nor is it interesting to watch.

This show had a lot going for it. It was exciting, fun, and not so full of its self as some of the other shows out there. If you are the kind of person who likes to sit around and have a good scare or wishes you could do something crazy, this show is for you. I watched it when it first came out and have been waiting for more. Some of it seems to be a bit out there but no more than any other paranormal show and this one is really a lot more fun. You can see yourself with these guys having all this crazy stuff going on around you. The three main people on this show each have a different way of investigating. You can tell they don't agree on most of the things they try but they work together to see what will work best for gathering paranormal activity. I really want to see more Extreme Paranormal in the future.

I watched this accidentally the other day, cause if I knew what I was going to see I wouldn't have wasted my time. It isn't even funny, they are so over the top it borders on stupidity. With all the rituals they did you would expect something to happen to freak you out, instead you see them running around like idiots and yelling all over the place. Obviously they were not going for professionalism here, more like "let's confuse the viewer and they'll believe we are seeing ghosts". They seem to be trying to combine Ghost Hunters & Paranormal state while throwing in a dash of "omg there is a shadow we have proof the killer is here" drama lol. This isn't even good to watch when nothing is on but fishing lol.

This gives real paranormal researchers a bad rap. This show is nothing to look to when imagining paranormal activity. This should be under the comedy section. Not to mention the fact that they like to bleed for offerings. This is so out there, I have no idea how it got the green light to go, but yet here we are reviewing it. I didn't see this getting great reviews from others and so I came here and saw that it is not doing well. This is a good thing because this isn't something you would want your family watching. A warning label would be good: Too bloody stupid to watch!
