Bringing in a cocky criminal, Ben and Cooper pass a school bus which was robbed of the kids' field trip cash by two armed teenagers. A lush would-be actress, the sole witness in a murder after the rookie cop failed to mirandize the suspect, proves troublesome for her minders but also acts far too much.
