I personally LOVE this movie. Yes, it is an ABC movie, but to the comment above (How ABC movies should have low expectations), please done listen. This movie is funny, sexy, smart, and just a good story. Yes, it is kind of easy to pick up on but that is the beauty of. When I am watching the movie, I love to get sucked and not worry about what is going to happen and more of what IS happening. I just generally enjoyed this movie. I've seen it a million times. I would recommend this to ANYONE who has even a slightest interest in romance, comedies, and romantic comedies. By far my favorite ABC movie besides Snow globe. PLEASE WATCH!
A perfect 10 for me. I like this kind of film! What an entertaining movie. It's sweet and funny at the same time. Don't be misled by the cover but this is so worth watching. Friendships of the three and one that is apart make the story enjoyable and romantic. I can watch this with my best friends and recommend it.

This is a great movie! My youngest (6) and I watch it a lot. It's funny, simple story line, and satisfying.
Two childhood friends make a trip back home and find their third friend lost her love to the fourth of their group. Through hilarious encounters and flubs, they find the truth and turn the tables on the evil not-so-great-friend with an ultimate revenge that encompasses the entire town.
During their escapades, one finds love, one confronts her weight, and other learns to stand up for what's hers.
And one learns...you can't have everything.
My favorite quote: "That b.... That bii.. THAT BIIIIIIIITCH!!!" I can't get it perfect, but it's so funny.

Abigail Scanlon (Raven-Symoné), Parker Wald (JoAnna Garcia Swisher), and Rachel Phipps (Chryssie Whitehead) are lifelong friends. As kids, they were befriended by rich Caitlyn McNabb (Virginia Williams) and her gold-digging mother Olivia (Beth Broderick). Abigail goes on to write a successful book. Parker is a struggling NY actress. Rachel stayed home with longterm boyfriend Tony Penning. Abigail and Parker go home shocked to find Caitlyn's expected groom to be Tony and a humiliated Rachel as her bridesmaid. Olivia is on her fourth marriage. Local cop Henry Kent is taken with Parker. Abigail and Parker vow to sabotage the wedding from the inside.
Despite coming before Bridesmaids, this can't help being overshadowed by its more famous cousin. Raven and JoAnna are functional TV comedic actresses. They should be getting into all kinds of irreverent hijinx but they are often hampered by sad sack Rachel's story. It needs to be more fun than this.

This was a fun family friendly movie that you can watch with your kids. It's a typical Bride/Bridesmaid revenge movie, but they kept it entertaining throughout the entire film.

- TriviaCaitlyn's house is the same one from the movie Fletch Lives (1989) and from "Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte" (1964) starring Bette Davis. It is Houmas House Plantation in Burnside, Louisiana.
- GoofsWhen Abigail goes into her speech about how she believes Caitlyn is NOT pregnant, she references An Officer and a Gentleman (1982), stating that Lisa Eilbacher's character pretends to be pregnant to get David Keith's character to marry her. It is actually Lisa Blount's character that pretends to be pregnant.
- Quotes
Abigail Scanlon: [sweetly] Oh Miss Olivia, if you had wings you should be an angel...
Abigail Scanlon: [losing the pretense] or nasty-ass dragon...
- Crazy creditsThe security role was first cast for a middle-aged bald male, but directors instead used 21-year-old actor Beau Brasseaux, whose head was shaved at the time while working as a double for Domenick Lombardozzi.
