I doubt that he would have included this line in an episode produced in 2021..

In the opening sequence with when Penn & Teller are throwing balls at pins representing the way vaccinations prevent infection, Penn misses the "vaccination wall" while saying "Chicken Pox", so he throws another ball representing chicken pox. Apparently he needed that ball since his hand is reaching for it in the empty tub at the end of the scene. He instead throws the tub the balls were in.
