Worst episode so far

As I am aware of, there are plenty of Serbs in USA. So why don't producers, writers, directors etc., find one of them and check if Irina Tomislava or Katya are common names here. And if Irina looks like she's about 30+, how come she witnessed the death of her friend when she was 3 years old (by a mine I suppose). Was that a war in Yugoslavia 30 years ago that we are unaware of? What possible reason (we get the impression that it must be life threatening)could make Irina leave Belgrade year ago and leave her son there? Another war maybe??? I'm looking forward to the day when all those offensive stereotypes about Serbia and Serbs would be left out from Hollywood movies/TV shows. We do have or flaws, there were some mistakes on behalf of our government, but that was 20-15 years ago, so either you leave it, or you do it properly. Subplot with mother-daughter relationship is good though. But only that. And that's not enough.

Trivia
Ethan mentions seeing Rembrandt's 'The Anatomy of Dr. Tulip'. In 1632 Rembrandt painted 'The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulip'. It depicts several medical professionals looking on as Dr. Tulip displays a cadaver's partially dissected arm and hand. The painting is of a real, albeit staged, event; some of the Drs paid to be in the painting.

Goofs
Lacey meets Peter purportedly for the first time here, yet they had already met when Lacey interviewed her mom's coworkers in 1.5. it appears that perhaps 1.5, (given the interactions between Lacey and her mom,) was added later, filmed after 1.7 was already edited, and they just didn't bother to fix 1.7's story-line with Lacey to conform to Lacey already having met and interviewed her mom's featured coworkers. Dr. Hunt also makes reference here to events of 1.4 as if that was the last time she and Lacey had seen each other, as if the events of 1.5 hadn't taken place. This is 1.4 so none of this is correct information.
