    • Trivia
All in the Family (1971) icons Carroll O'Connor and Jean Stapleton reunited to present the Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series to Rip Torn for The Larry Sanders Show (1992). Interestingly, the Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series went to Ray Walston for Picket Fences (1992), this awards broadcast being the only shared credit of Stapleton and Walston other than their having been castmates 38 years earlier in the movie musical Damn Yankees (1958).
