Mitten

In Season 3 Episode 4, Mitten (2011), Zoey (Merritt Wever) incorrectly uses the phrase aspiration when she said, "He aspirated, also known as vomited, all over me."

Aspiration actually deals with breathing or sucking objects into the airway. So while you can aspirated during vomiting (having chunks/bile get into your lungs, especially during incubation when the airways are held open); you cannot actually aspirate allover someone.
