When Castiel jumps through the window with the other angel, a black-and-white backdrop of a skyscraper is seen outside through the window. A few moments later, when Sam and Dean look outside, trees and a condominium building at the filming location appear instead. After the commercial break, the black-and-white backdrop returns.
Cas is at first seen yanking Dean's right arm for the spell, but all the others shots show him holding Dean's left arm and cutting into his left palm.
While Dean is praying to Cas, the beer bottle he is holding in his left hand for the entire scene changed to his right hand for one short moment.
While at the morgue, Dean reads that the officer had boils inside his body - in his airways - something that would only be known after an autopsy. The body had just been brought in and there was no incision on the chest as is done with an autopsy.
When police officer is at the speed trap, a Honda car goes past with a front Pennsylvania plate. Pennsylvania does not use front license plates.
