I started watching this when Barry (the collector) was still part of it, he had a unique style and humour. But since he is retired it lost the majority of it's flair. But the real reason that I give such a low rating is tge fact that all is fake, the investors are indeed actors. What annoyed me even more, how stupid does the History channel think the average viewer is? Most telling example: Mary from the spin off (Storage Wars Texas) is now only to see on the main show which is in California. Even as a European I know that it takes almost 24h by car from Texas to California? Who would do that? The gasoline would eat up all the profit. At the same time she is no longer attending auctions in her home state Texas. She was obviously promoted and the fact that she lives in Texas is as real as everything else. It's an insult to the human brain.

I am so tired of watching the same scenario over and over it's a different locker but same scenario oh you gotta get this checked out it's the one thing that was planted in there and I freaking hate Dave he should be kicked out of there yup.

I love this show! I would love it even more if Dave were not a part of it! Dave has the worst attitude of any person I have ever seen. For someone to deliberately want to affect someones livelihood is just pure devilish! Barry on the other hand is hilarious!! He makes us laugh on about every episode we watch! He would be SO much fun to hang out with. ;) We also like Brandy and Jarrod, they are in it for their business and to make a living, and it seems they enjoy the auction too. Darrell and his son make a good team, it's nice to know a father and son can work and enjoy their time together. I do have one question though, who comes up with how much they have made? For example when Dave said something was a certain price does it is even sell for that?? Thanks!

Guys, calm down. It's a reality show, of course it's fake. Even though it's fake, it's extremely entertaining. You always want to see what they find, even though the producers planted it. How fun would it be if they didn't find anything in the lockers? It would be a bad show, like every other reality program that isn't fake. If you can even name one. Overall it's an enjoyable show, nothing too special, but i'd say it's worth your time. The producers did a great job of finding characters to appear in the show, for example: Barry, Jarod and Dave. It's always fun watching them bid, or even cheering a bit yourself in your living room. It's a good show that will keep you hooked at least a season.

The new season is not any where the quality or entertainment value of the past episodes (pre-covid). Every cast member is subdued. Dave Hester has completely lost his luster. Lisa Delarious and Kenny Crossley have no business being regulars. You need to bring back Barry Weiss, Darrel Sheets, and some new faces, but none of the cast members post covid. They are not working out!
