That's one of the title cards in this short about a woman thrown out after she has a child out of wedlock, with the usual "go and darken my doorstep no more!" gesture. Like many of the movies that tackled serious subjects in this era, it's not very good, between what can be said and shown and implied..... well, every age has its own beliefs in its own standards, no matter how hypocritical the passage of time may reveal them to be.
I do like the very Gallic shrug the father gives at the end.
