      When Johnny is picked up by the ape he informs it that he is high in "HDL cholesterol", which he refers to as the "bad kind" to prevent it from eating him. Unfortunately for Johnny, he was mistaken as HDL is the good kind of cholesterol, whilst LDL is the bad kind. This further reinforces his clueless nature, but in a manner that most children would not understand.
