When the show was starting to get stale

This episode came out when a lot of Robot Chicken's humour was starting to become stale, such as the sketches involving classic children's characters in dark but humorous situations. Here it is very noticeable. Most of the sketches in this episode are like this and the ones that are not aren't very memorable. In these sketches, they put the classic kids characters in real-life or disturbing situations but they don't even really parody the source material that much, and they're not very funny sketches either, they're just things the show had done before, and better before. The Toy Story bit is an example but it is very evident in the last sketch, where with most of the children's TV characters featured, they weren't really parodied more than they were just there to be in some forced dark disturbing, or gross real-life scenario because they fit the bill by being a popular 90s cartoon character. There was one cartoon character they had a LOT to say about though and that was Daria, and I feel like someone really didn't like Daria as a kid cuz this sketch calls her a lot of things, all of them are very distorted. Thankfully, in future years Robot Chicken have gotten much more entertaining and creative with their classic cartoon character sketches and have even made a much better one with Daria.

During the Michael Moore segment on 90s characters, when interviewing Mesogog, the Wendy's employee interrupts to ask the layer order on a Triple Stack. He lists three possibilities and Mesogog answers with a fourth. They all list three instances each of meat, bacon, and cheese, except the employee's 3rd version is missing an instance of cheese.
