The Shift

10/10

This movie and the special mssage of the lead actor after the credits brought tears to my eyes, which doesn't happen that often to me after a movie

Why the hatrid when it comes to such a beautiful movie that is showing us a possible way to find redemption, peace of mind, real love?!

There is a line here that is talking about the worst thing in life, which is selfishness... Have you never ever felt lost and lonely, have you never ever wanted to have somebody by your side when you had to face horrible things to listen to you and help you cope with them?! Have you always been happy with everything that's happening to you?

Do you think that if we isolate each other in our own corner and blame it all on the others, it is going to solve everything?

I don't think so and this movie is helping us all ask the right questions.... If I want this world to be a better place, it has to start with myself... I need to set an example and have others follow it, hopefully... Other than these considerations I need to point out that this is a movie that is made with lots of love and conviction and it breathes all through it. The actors are doing a great job and there is not a single superfluous moment. To me this is one of the best movies ever, but then OK, look first in the mirror and think of who you really are and how much of the things in this world and in your life that you don't like are due, as well, to parts of you...
