    Complete Ignorance of Actual Law

Let's just say that the "flea market" guy in real life would be retiring comfortably with the money he'd get from suing the department after getting shot by a cop on his property without a warrant.

This show bent over backwards to make gun sellers and owners look bad, down to completely ignoring reality. Gun sellers have zero responsibility once a legally purchased firearm leaves their store. And besides, it's not like anyone can just waltz in a store and purchase firearms, even if it's just one, and that applies to gun shows, too. Whoever wrote this episode needs to spend some time with real cops and gun sellers instead of relying on anti-gun propaganda.

Got dumber as it went along

I enjoyed this in Season 1, mainly because of Kiele Sanchez and her tight little body plus the other hot chicks that were on the show, but it just got dumber as the show went on. The detective keeps telling perps how he's going to "make sure you go to prison for life" when cops have zero bearing on how juries and or judges levy sentences. The episode about the gun runners was really stupid, riddled with factual mistakes such as a revolver leaving behind a spent bullet casing and a rifle being made out of aluminum. All in all it's rather entertaining but it would be nice if the writers would do some actual research into real life events so they don't seem so stupid.

Total misrepresentation of responsible gun owners.

I sincerely enjoy this show overall but this episode really gets my goat. It demonizes the average citizen & responsible gun owners. The average citizen buys a gun to protect themselves/family from criminals who have guns & don't obey the law, let alone gun laws. Strict gun laws only hurt good, honest & hard working citizens bc, again, CRIMINALS DON'T OBEY THE LAW so said gun laws don't apply to them but they do apply to law abiding citizens. Stop making ordinary citizens look like crooks.

    • Trivia
The closing shots of the episode were filmed at two different locations on the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach, Florida: a burger shack and an ice cream store. During the junkyard shootout scene, blanks were used in the gun, but the bullets hitting the cars were set off using squibs (small remote explosives) placed throughout the junkyard. Using these devices helps make the shootout look more realistic.

Once Callie, as a medical professional, started CPR she would not have stopped until the ambulance arrived and she was relieved of duty. A medical professional who stops care once started could then be charged for abandonment.
