Wants to be Harry Meet Sally
Could have been better, if not so whiny. Also would have liked another male in lead. David swallows his words and a bit nasal.
There is a lot of truth in the script. Reunions with ex's usually have the same conversations. Several of the older male leads from Hallmark films would have been better than David. Priece Bronson would have been perfect. Would have liked more humor.
Otherwise the plot is promising. Meg carries the film. Hope she does more rom coms for her age group. We need them.
I guess this was filmed during Covid. Limited set. Small cast.
