Murgi Keno Mutant

Okay, How should I start? This is brilliant. The film seems to be set in a post-apocalyptic Bangladesh where people still enjoy the simple things in life; card games, Filmstar Rubel's awesome dancing and fighting, and most of all, they enjoy eating chicken.

Oh, and there are WILD CHICKENS who for some unspoken reason has gone carnivore. PEOPLE and CHICKENS FIGHT TO DEATH! this is awesome for so many reasons. the animation's good. Story and the voice acting's nice too. But what makes it awesome is the way things are shown to the audience. We get the mutant chicken's view, we get our hero's nonchalant attitude, and both of them are bad-asses. We get cool side heroes, and a whole armada of WE_GIVE_NO_FUX cooks! There's yet hope for creative animation in this country :)

This is amazing. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this good. The characters were very suited to the situation and those who gave voice to the characters did a hell of a good job. But the screen transitions were almost always a little awkward. What I mean is, I wish going from one scene to another it was a little bit smoother. Then again, maybe this is just because it's a short film. But here's the catch, if you do not understand Bengali and you're hoping to watch it with the subtitles then you might be disappointed. Otherwise this is as funny as a good 15 minutes can get! Hats of to the people working under the hood and hope to see a sequel to this or maybe a full movie would be nice!
