Strong characters, engaging storylines, all set to great music while dressed to the nines. A series worth adding to your binge watching rotation.
This was a really solid way to end the first season, essentially giving us everything we love about season 1, topped with tension and some great dialogue!
This episode sees one of the more theilling cases and sympathetic ones as we explore when you got the wrong guy behind bars!
It basicly captures everything I love and expected from this show! These arrogant yet likeable characters who is okay to twist the law and rules, as long as it benefits them and their goals!
Some amazing lines and dialogue, like Jessica saying she doesn't take threats, she makes them! So badass!
Then there is the cliffhanger ending as you can neber hide from your past forever!
Season one took its time to win me over completely, but now it succeeded!

This season delivered a constantly good performance. While none of the episodes were outstanding, they were consistently great. The characters are amazing and they deliver a really well written script. The story is steadily engaging, exciting, full of plot twists. Sadly, none of them were a great shocker but all of them were good and they came to a satisfying and exciting finale where everybody shines. It uses all of the story lines of the season and brings it together. This episode maxed out everything that got this season right especially the motives of the characters and their properties that give them depth. This season demonstrate how the complex web of interest works and how one can navigate in it. How a few important words can change things especially the ones not said. How the way somebody carries him/herself matters. The importance of body language, communication and strategy. There are a lot of small life lessons that one can learn from, especially in a competitive corporal environment. All of this was really strong in this finale. My only complains is that they don't get deeper or more philosophical in exploring the meaning of this. The arch of the stories are good, but not great, and the same can be said for the picture: there is nothing wrong with it, but there isn't anything outstanding either. Not a perfect season, but only missing a few (really hard to do) things to become one.
