    Fantastic first episode!

I watched this with my daughter when it first came out in 2012. Now she's 12 and we are rewatching the series along with my wife and we are really enjoying the show together as a family. My wife and I watched the original TMNT cartoon as children, and we both feel like this show has better character development and story telling. The original was a classic, but this version of the turtles is more up our alley. Very nice start to the series!

great start in a new show with the green machines

I did not have the biggest expectations to the new turtles, and the animation, but maybe because i grow up with old turtles. but i was surprised in a good way and liked it very much. actually very funny and better animations than the old cartoon. nice story and nice scenes so look forward to more of this! I think they made it good both for old fans with bringing krang back, and i think more of the old characters are coming later, and they bring in some fresh and new things. funny to see splinter so big and strong.. don't know what to think, but perhaps it's the best not to compare the old series with the new.. but with my expectations and with my smile after the show and want more i give it 10 out of 10!
