When your memory lies, how do you find the truth?

Ethan Galloway (Justice Leak, The Great Debaters) is struggling to re-enter a now-foreign world after leaving the hospital for a procedure he doesn't remember.

As his disjointed and bewildering memories come tumbling back, he begins to desperately re-assemble the puzzle pieces of his life, despite efforts by friends and family to conceal his past. Are they protecting him or is there a more sinister truth?

When he meets a young French woman, Camille (portrayed by Elizabeth Keener of “Battle: Los Angeles” and “Death Sentence”), Ethan discovers that her connection to his family is more than he bargained for, and that his quest for the truth may not be so simple after all.

    Boring bad movie!

I really had my hopes up, and thought this is going to be a good movie. To bad, couldn't be more wrong. After 20 minutes I thought damn I want to turn off this movie, but I am someone who never ever turns off any movie! So when it did made me feel like this, I knew this was a total bust! It starts out slow, it has bad boring music which looks like it repeats itself continuously. The actor is pretty okay, but the screenplay is so bad! The conversations are boring, and looks like its written by my nephew who is 5 years old. The whole story of the movie had some potentional, but they screwed it up pretty bad. You know the plot twist, and the order is not logical, which is like the most recent movie "enemy". But there you understood the movie, and that was beautifully screenplayed. This is a screw up, and at the end of the movie I thought wtf! Please do not waste any time on this movie, its the first movie ever I gave a rating of 2.

Not Bad At All, But You Have to Pay Attention.

This is a very depressing movie the music is depressing, the story is deoressing, even the gloomy grayness of the film overall makes it even more depressing,, but it isn't incoherent or as badly written as others are saying. There is actually a really good reason for the odd narrative structure, and it all ties together, if you are paying attention. If you have a short attention span, or are unwilling to take the time to sit down and watch this, do not bother. While the twist and turns may not be entirely unpredictable, they make sense and are not a series of random events, to say more than that will ruin the film.

This is a well-made low-budget drama with sci-fi elements about trauma and how people cope with the bad things going on in their life. The acting is well-done, the cinematography is good, though some may dislike the intentionally unsteady camera work in the moments between Ethan and his father, and some of the more dramatic moments, but it nis clearly a stylistic choice, as there are plenty of moments where the camera is steady. The lighting is well-done, it isn't afraid to use darkness, and the usage of closeups is a good choice that makes things feel more claustrophobic. The music is well-done, though at times, slightly over-melodramatic. The acting is good on the whole and the acting playing Ethan does a decent job of playing a fairly difficult role. Overall, the script just might be too obtuse for it's own good, seems to be missing a few details, and will go over the average movie goers head, but this is not a 3 star movie, not even close, it deserves a 6 at least.

Not a fantastic movie, but deliberately made, and the direction is very solid, there is no reason whatsoever for the hate it has gotten. It's just probably a little to obtuse, out of order, depressing, and melodramatic for most.

    Not worth it at all!

So, I thought this was going to be a great movie, I was excited and played it on my DVD player. 10 minutes in I found myself struggling to watch it as it was so incredibly boring and dragged on. The actors are pretty good, but the story really needed work. After 40 minutes, I did fast forward to the end to find out what happens..... The film was too predictable. I thought there were certain parts that were unnecessary. The music sounded like it was repeated and I found myself confused in some areas of the film. the film was repetitive and the quality was that of something a child could write. The film I felt was more focused on the love interest between Camille and Ethan than what had happened to the main character before his memory loss.
