In the last few minutes of the episode, Peter is contemplating opening the envelope from Families Reconnected. The address the letter was sent to, the Medical Examiners Office, is 2900 N. 14th St, Philadelphia, PA 19131. There is no 14th St in Philly, it is named Broad St. 2900 N. Broad street is a train station. That address is also about two blocks outside of zip code 19131. The actual Medical Examiners office is located at 400 N. Broad St in Philadelphia. And is nowhere near water like shown in the show.

The detective learns Walt had a motorcycle, and says there was no record of him having one. She then walks away saying she'll put out an APB on it. She failed to get any information such as color or other identifying traits, so she had no information to put out the APB.
