Beautiful soundtrack

This episode "Glass Spider" had me glued right throughout and the end was sensational, the filming locations were awesome and such compelling action scenes, and I have just realized where I have seen Lena Before, she was one of the stars in the 24 series, and played a brilliant role, she is one of my favorites actresses. but can someone please tell me the Title and performer of the soundtrack at the ending of this episode, it is just terrific. I have never heard such beautiful singing and musical score in a long time and would dearly love to get my hands on this soundtrack, please help. please send to my email address "brady.peter0@gmail.com or my face book account, thanks

Trivia
Annie is shown pointing an unusual-looking revolver, a Chiappa Firearms Rhino. Unlike most revolvers, the Rhino fires from the chamber at the bottom of the cylinder, rather than the top. This lower the barrel, putting recoil more in line with the shooter's hand, reducing the "muzzle flip" resulting from recoil. The Rhino's cylinder is also flattened on the sides, reducing its width to make it more concealable.
