A Perfect Example Of How Messed Up A Show's Logic Is

Yeah, I never saw iCarly, but this episode is one of the main reasons why, as it is mean-spirited and does nothing more than to make a character torture someone. In this episode, Carly bans T-Bo after he comes to her house uninvited and knocks her date out with a lemon he shot out of a lemon launcher. However, he decides to retaliate by banning her from the Groovy Smoothie, and now, to get unbanned, she has to spend a night at the Bensons' apartment, and endure their strict way of living.

Wow, how do I even say this, I think the band arc that was one of the episode's subplots would make a better episode than this stinker. Here, it shows how a show can get real world logic wrong, as it treats T-Bo as a victim despite the fact he was in the wrong (he was trespassing, as he came to Carley's house uninvited, but he also knocked her date out with a lemon, which is assault). And to make matters worse, T-Bo makes her spend a night at the Benson apartment if she wants to be unbanned, which is complete with anti-tick spraying and fire drills in the middle of the night, which is horrible for T-Bo to do when he was the one who was in the wrong, making him way worst in this episode, as the whole plot makes Carly lift her ban against him, despite her being justified. If I was Carly, I would either take the ban and maybe find another place to give my business to (best not to give business to jerks who can't respect boundaries) or go as far and call the police and press charges on T-Bo for trespassing and assault. Overall, a bad episode with a bad moral.

    • Trivia
When Mrs Benson is doing the fire drill after they all wake up, you can see a blue wall picture frame that contains the quote "wet and sticky is very icky". Mrs Benson first quoted this in S02E04 (iHurt Lewbert) where she said "wet and sticky is very icky. Sticky and wet makes mommy upset".
    • Goofs
Carly sets a light blue tumbler down to the right of the blender. In the next shot, the tumbler is on the left of the blender.
