The Medical Marijuana

When the botanist Jeremy Reese is found dead, the CBI team learns that he was working in a secret research of marijuana seeds in a high-tech laboratory. Patrick Jane believes the seeds were stolen and fabricates the name of dealer Oliver Ganz. Then Rigsby poses as Ganz to find who has stolen the seeds. Meanwhile Cho is working with the Rapid Response Task Force and stumbles upon the pregnant Summer, creating a problem to him.

"Panama Red" is a funny episode of "The Mentalist", with the plan plotted by Patrick Jane to find the killer of Jeremy Reese. The other storyline of Cho and Summer is not so good. My vote is seven.

Goofs
In the "cop-to-cop" interrogation, Lisbon tells the suspect to give her a copy of the recordings on the bug he planted in the research laboratory. He says she needs a warrant. California law requires two-party consent on recordings for them to be legal; the recordings are not his to control, so Lisbon could have CBI's IT department copy them.
