Contrary to its depiction, Albania is not a communist or authoritarian state. As a NATO member and a particularly strong ally of the United States, it is extremely unlikely that a United States citizen would be arrested for espionage. In the unlikely event that one was arrested, it would be swiftly resolved through diplomatic channels, not with a military offensive.
