Goofs
In order to create drama and red herrings in the death of don Carlos, the writers placed two threats to his life on the same day: as per the maid Natalia's testimony to Julio, Andres' father (the one-armed man) returned the day before don Carlos' death to threaten to expose Andres' paternity. It was also the day before the death that the nephew Gonzalo threatened to expose the truth about the mine swindle. This is not a true goof, but a suspicious coincidence.
