Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba - To the Swordsmith Village

1/10

SCAM!!!!

This is definitely the scammiest experience for me going to a theatre. I was expecting a full Swordsmith village arc much like Mugen Train...little did I know that the movie would be full 1 hour of the last 3 episodes of Entertainment district. There's maybe some 40 mins of new content. Overall, the movie is one big glorified teaser for the Swordsmith village arc. What's even more shameless is that they kept the opening and closing credits of each episode plus a brief of the entire journey so far. I would rate it higher for the saving grace that came from the last 40 mins, but the whole thing just feels so unethical that I don't want to. The movie is an insult to the viewer's natural expectations and loyalty.
