This episode had been removed from syndication and streaming for many years due to the Boston Marathon Bombing that, coincidentally, occurred a month after it first aired. The issues being both a cutaway of Peter plowing his car through runners at the Boston Marathon, and it's depiction of Muslim terrorists (who were also behind the Boston Marathon Bombing).

When Peter is seated on the ambulance bumper and everyone is gathered around him, the cars lined up on the bridge are facing the wrong direction.
