Idk if it's meant to be this bad but it's so bad it actually pisses me off idc if it was based off a short they made years ago it's quite literally one of the worst things i've ever seen. It's so bad i made an imdb account to tell the world how bad it is. I genuinely hope it gets better and im not just hating because the captions don't make sense or that the words don't match up or that the voices sound like someone trying to imitate the original characters. Ok outside of just straight hate, the plot is confusing and makes 0 sense. It starts where usually the middle of a regular rick and morty episode would start. It makes no sense and so much context is missing while also leaving on a cliffhanger. It was essentially a random clip they're trying to turn into a full episode. Lastly, as i mentioned earlier the characters are fully horrible. They're vaguely similar to the characters in the show, the animation isn't good at all, the captions make 0 sense (it seems like they're trying to be cleaner than the original but it doesn't make sense because they still swear anyways even if the show doesn't), and the lip syncing is mid. All in all, definitely not a good pilot for a show but we'll see where it goes from here.
