haven't laughed so much in ages an absolute ripper of a film with 3 great comedians leading the way in this top notch horror comedy.
A pearler of a film with the right amount of horror and comedy a film that's set to be a classic , Jim Jeffries and Gary Fleet are outstanding and Alex Williamson is tops. One of the funniest films i've seen so many funny lines great comic timing well written script and great work by a young director, 3 tradies trapped in a telephone exchange , beer zombies, comedy what more could you want
can't wait to watch it again in the nearfuture.
give it a crack you won't be sorry top notch stuff.

When I saw this DVD for sale I was hoping for a worthy zombie comedy along the lines of Shaun of the Dead but while there are good comedy moments, most of the humour failed to hit the mark. The plot was a simple one: a group of mates are holed up in a telephone exchange while the zombies are surrounding the building. The banter keeps flowing with the characters discussing the usual Aussie subjects of cricket and beer. In typical Aussie style, they even managed to include a couple of scantily clad women, one of them topless. Discussing the fate of their friend's wife was a good moment and so was the rooftop firework scene but this latter scene looked too similar to the Roadrunner cartoons. The real let-down was the timing of some of the action: some of the zombies took ages to shamble a few yards but if this was meant to be the joke then it failed. Generally, I like Aussie films, both comedy and drama but not this one.
This film truly sucks. It's not even worth watching for free. Don't do it to yourself.
The script is mind-numbingly dull. It's 95% talking with some very average jokes occasionally and about 10 zombies. The plot is non-existant. The acting is weak, but the actors didn't have much to work with. The cinematography and direction is basic and uninspiring. At least the sound/dialogue is clear. The zombie makeup is not bad.
They also use paintballs to kill zombies...
I'm all for low budget, but this is not good at all; it's boring and there's way too much dialogue. Even with low budget you can still make a great film. The director and producers chose not to do this. In fact, I think the director didn't actually do anything.
Zombie films are easy prey for low budget, but the filmmakers are just lazy here. Apparently it's a bunch of guys and a token girl hiding in a telephone exchange with zombies outside. Sound like a great premise for a zombie film? No, it really doesn't.
At the time of writing it has a 4.9 rating on IMDB. It doesn't deserve this rating. It deserves a rating of zero. I would've given it at least 1, but it lost that when a zombie picked up a swipe card and immediately went and used it to open a door. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can give this total bucket of puss.

This is a boring, terribly written, poorly executed, cheaply shot, amateurish production. Even for a deliberately stupid zombie comedy "Shaun of the Dead" knockoff, this movie is pitiful. The acting is horrifyingly bad. The jokes are terrible. The story is mind-numbing and stupid. There is nothing good about this movie whatsoever. Not even an occasional laugh, or any cool effects or zombie kills. There's only a handful of zombie extras and it looks like they made this for about ten bucks. They repeat the same jokes over and over. This is the worst zombie comedy film I've ever seen. Skip it. You're welcome.
I see a bunch of negative reviews and I gotta say they're wrong. This movie is hilarious. I don't know what they were expecting but it delivered what I was expecting. Loved it.
