Praise God for this beautiful movie and all its actors and everyone involved. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I laughed, I cried, I felt the love of Jesus throughout the movie. I loved witnessing Chloe's transformation and her coming to Christ. It hit home for me. This movie has blessed me and I'm so glad I watched it.
Sigh...
The future-as is always predictive-is a lot shinier, happier, etc. Than reality.
Modern technology has brought us flat-screen TVs, high-def cameras, etc., AND has enabled every pea-brain religious lunatic to think they can be an auteur.
Here's yet another piece of cra...er, schmutz, which tries to make YOU a believer in magic - what they call religion (no, I'm not a believer in anything which has its basis in the riveter of 2000-year-old comics - arse in comic books (pls; this is MY space, and I DO know the history of this magical tale, and I find it ridiculous. If you want to think otherwise, I live in a free country, and it's all about choice; YOU are free to choose what YOU believe (or not).
Idiotic BS in a sentence; this magical tale is all about some girl who is suitable to a magical university and - though they don't say it -has every drop of individuality personality stripped out and replaced with turning her into a magical-believing Stepford wife-type, the type with nary an original thought, opinion, etc, instead just a plastic praying idiot.

Maybe some of the acting lacked skill. Maybe the screen had some holes and patches that needed filling in, but it was a heartworming story about a teenage girl learning how to deal with bereavement, learning to fit in and learning and developing a relationship with Jesus Christ. It was about growing to trust Jesus in the midst of trials, so there is a lesson to learn there that is very precious. I feel encouraged and I think this movie is worth a watch and worth sticking to it as the main famele lead actress does portray the change in her character quite well. I think that this story have a good message and is modern enough for a young audience to watch. I recomend it.
It was a very beautiful and very moving movie and well produced and written. God is good all the time all the time God is good. Praise God. Thank you for this movie.
When you factor in all of the obstacles faced in getting this movie made AND the fact that this is NOT a Hollywood backed movie, you can appreciate what a true gem it is. The first time actors actually did a really good job, Kenzie Mae became her character and her friends were lovable and relatable. Don't start this movie expecting a blockbuster, expect a solid movie birthed out of a deep love for God and His Son. Loved it and can't wait to share it!
