    Time waste epsiode.

They just dragged it. this episode is pointless, they should've just get to the point. Very disapointing episode.

    Rewatch, 9.75/10

I don't get how people considered this to be a slower paced episode, because this was just as fast as the other ones. To get it out of the way, my favorite characters in this episode were Armin, Mikasa, and Eren, and my favorite things about this episode were the storyline, the ending, and the action. I have been seeing lately that the episodes have been getting downboted, and people are assuming it is One Piece fans, and honestly, I don't get why AOT fans and OP fans hate each other. Both animes are great, even though I have only seen a few episodes, and this was just another great episode. I started rewatching again because I want to try to get some of the episodes back to their original rating, such as the 6 9.9 ones.

    The Teeth-Gnashing Finale?

Ep 12 "Wound" feels rather like the dramatic final act before the curtains truly drop.

It's an episode that ratchets up the tension, paying off all that clever strategy with a glorious, if terrifying, sense of impending climax. The emotional stakes are raised to a fever pitch, delivering a powerful punch that reminds one exactly what these characters are fighting for.

However, just as things reach their absolute zenith, the episode rather cheekily pulls the rug out from under you. It is a brilliant piece of a larger puzzle, but its dedication to leaving you on a cliffhanger is utterly infuriating.

A cracking instalment, to be sure, but one that leaves you gnashing your teeth, desperate for the finale.

    Nostalgia Reimagined

I don't understand why some people thought this episode was slow-paced, as it was just as fast as the others. My favorite characters in this episode were Armin, Mikasa, and Eren, and I particularly enjoyed the storyline, ending, and action. I have noticed that recent episodes have been receiving negative feedback, with some speculating that One Piece fans are responsible. I don't understand why fans of Attack on Titan and One Piece have animosity towards each other, as both anime series are excellent. In my opinion, this was another fantastic episode. I am rewatching the series in an effort to restore some of the episodes' original ratings, such as the six episodes with a 9.9 rating.

    Slower paced but consistently great

This episode was perhaps not as fast paced or action packed as we thought it would be, but that's because this is a final set-up for the finish of The Battle of Trost on episode 13. I'm still loving the attention Armin is getting. Very consistent development for his character.

Armin Artlelt: Eren, please. For me, wake up. Remember when we were kids, all we could talk about was the world outside. You know, beyond the walls. Frozen tundra that stretches to the skies. Sand dunes. Oceans. Forests. The world my parents wanted to see. I always thought you'd outgrown that dream. I was kind of sad it didn't come up anymore, but then I realized you let it go because you didn't want me to join the Scouts. Tell me, honestly, even though your first step beyond the wall meant the difference between a warm heart and hell on Earth, even though it meant risking your life, gambling against the possibility of dying like my parents, why? Why throw caution to the wind and venture outside?

Eren Jaeger: What kind of a question is that? Don't play dumb. You know damn well why. Because... the world beyond the wall is my birthright!
