"Eat your fruits and vegetables . . . "

. . . recommends the narrator of PLANNING FOR GOOD EATING. "The only road to good health is to eat good foods," he continues. "In fact, milk has been called the Perfect Food," he asserts. "Animal products such as meat, milk and cheese build strong muscles; fruits and vegetables including peas, green beans, bananas, oranges, avocados, papaya and apples build strong bones and teeth; and don't forget about grains and roots like bread, beans and potatoes, which provide energy," the narrator adds. "An ox, we all know, can do very nicely dining exclusively on grass, but we're not oxen," he concludes.
