Rick Grimes: [Rick stands locked in the train car with his original and new group] They're gonna feel pretty stupid when they find out.
Sgt. Abraham Ford: [Abraham steps forward] Find out what?
Rick Grimes: [as Rick pauses] They're screwing with the wrong people.

[Daryl tries apologizing to Rick for what Joe's group did to Michonne and Carl]
Daryl Dixon: I didn't know what they could do.
Rick Grimes: It's not on you, Daryl.
Rick Grimes: [Rick looks Daryl in the eyes] Hey. It's not on you. You being back with us here, now, that's everything. You're my brother.

[Carl asks Rick how do they tell Terminus what they've done and who they are]
Carl Grimes: When we get there, are we gonna tell them?
Rick Grimes: Tell them what?
Carl Grimes: Everything that's happened to us. All the stuff we've done. Are we gonna tell them the truth?
Rick Grimes: We're gonna tell them who we are.
Carl Grimes: But how do you say that? I mean... who are we?

[Daryl tells Rick that anybody would've murdered Joe's group the way he did]
Daryl Dixon: Hey, what you did last night... anybody would have done that.
Rick Grimes: No, not that. Something happened.
Daryl Dixon: That ain't you.
Rick Grimes: Daryl, you saw what I did to Tyreese. It ain't all of it, but that's me. That's why I'm here now. That's why Carl is. I want to keep him safe. That's all that matters.

[in a flashback, Rick sees Carl and Hershel farming together while Beth holds Judith]
Hershel Greene: It can be like this all the time.
Rick Grimes: It's like this now. That's enough.
[Rick smiles]

[Rick holds Alex by the throat with a gun to his head]
Rick Grimes: Where the hell did you get this watch?
Alex: You want answers? You want anything else? You get 'em when you put down the gun.
Rick Grimes: [Rick faces Alex to the sniper above] I see your man on the roof with a sniper rifle. How good's his aim?

[Rick enters the train car at Terminus and a part of his group]
Glenn Rhee: Rick?
Rick Grimes: You're here. You're here.
Maggie Greene: [Rick sees Abraham's group] They're our friends. They helped save us.
Daryl Dixon: Yeah. Now they're friends of ours.
Sgt. Abraham Ford: For however long that'll be.

[in a flashback, Rick asks Hershel for the time]
Rick Grimes: What time is it?
Hershel Greene: I never know what time it is anymore. Ever since I gave Glenn my watch, it's always right now to me.

[Joe holds a gun to Rick's head while threatening Michonne and Carl]
Rick Grimes: Listen, it was me. It was just me.
Joe: See, now that's right. That's not some damn lie. Look, we can settle this. We're reasonable men. First, we're gonna beat Daryl to death. Then we'll have the girl. Then the boy. Then I'm gonna shoot you and then we'll be square.
[as Joe laughs repeatedly]

[in a flashback, Hershel tells Rick all that matters is right now]
Hershel Greene: [about Carl] He shot that boy.
Rick Grimes: Yeah, I know.
Hershel Greene: He needs his father. He needs his father to show him the way. What way are you going to show him? He can shoot, we know that. What's his life going to be? What's yours? All this. I'm just saying everything because I owe you. We all owe you. We can make this better now.
Rick Grimes: Things changing in here doesn't change things out there.
Hershel Greene: No, it doesn't. But we're here today, right now. This is a good place to start.

[Rick and Michonne ask each other if they're okay while walking on the train tracks]
Rick Grimes: You okay?
Michonne: Yeah.
Rick Grimes: I'm okay.
Michonne: I know.
Rick Grimes: How?
Michonne: 'Cause I'm okay, too.
[Rick smiles]

[Rick's group enters through the back door to Terminus]
Broadcasting Woman: [when Rick sees a woman broadcasting] Terminus: Those who arrive survive. Follow the tracks to the point where all lines intersect. There are maps at the crossings to help guide you with your journey. Sanctuary for all. Community for all. Those who arrive survive. Terminus, sanctuary for all. Community for all.
Rick Grimes: [Rick calls out to the warehouse] Hello. Hello.
Gareth: [when the Terminans stare in silence] Well, I bet Albert is on perimeter watch.

[Gareth welcomes Rick's group to Terminus]
Gareth: [Gareth raises his arms out] Welcome to Terminus. I'm Gareth. Looks like you've been on the road for a good bit.
Rick Grimes: We have. Rick. That's Carl, Daryl, Michonne.
Gareth: [Gareth quietly waves] You're nervous. I get it. We were all the same way. We came here for sanctuary. That what you're here for?
Rick Grimes: Yes.
Gareth: Good. You found it.

[Alex pats down Rick's group while the group lays down their weapons]
Alex: [Alex looks at Daryl] I'd hate to see the other guy.
Rick Grimes: You would.
Alex: They deserve it?
Carl Grimes: Yes.
Gareth: Just so you know, we aren't those kind of people, but we aren't stupid either. And you shouldn't be stupid enough to try anything stupid. As long as everyone's clear on that, we shouldn't have any problems. Just solutions.

[in a flashback, Rick sees Patrick playing with Legos in the prison]
Patrick: Hey, Mr. Grimes. Thanks for grabbing these.
Rick Grimes: Well, I thought Carl might want 'em.
Patrick: They were just sitting there. I figured it had been a while. I'm not ashamed that they're for ages four to twelve.
Rick Grimes: [when Rick smiles] You shouldn't be.
[as Rick sees Carl cleaning down the handguns]

[Rick demands answers from Alex and Gareth]
Rick Grimes: Where did you get the watch?
Alex: I got it off of a dead one. I didn't think he'd need it.
Rick Grimes: [Rick looks to the surrounding Terminans] What about the riot gear? The poncho?
Gareth: Got the riot gear off a dead cop. Found the poncho on a clothesline.
Alex: Gareth, we can wait.
Gareth: Shut up, Alex.
Rick Grimes: [Rick looks to Gareth] You talk to me.
Gareth: What's there left to say? You don't trust us anymore.
