    Whats the point?

This is my first review on IMDb, and i am actually sad that it is written on such a bad episode, of a rather good TV Show. I have been a HIMYM fan for some years now, and i remember the excitement, and long nights waiting for the upcoming episode, but now? There is no doubt, that How I Met Your Mother doesn't have the same quality episodes as earlier, but this season is a complete waste of time. The humor is bad, the lines are bad, and the plot is terrible. Whats the point of these kind of episodes in the final season of such a show? I want every episode to be great, and memorable, not meaningless episodes with no plot. I wish that the writers would realize, that they are about to completely ruin this show, by putting the worst final season seen on TV. However, there is still time to recover, let the next episodes get the show back on track, with some actual fun and meaning. I Believe that we haven't seen the last great episode, and there are still more positive things to come, make it right.

    What is going on?

I really want this season to be good but so far it has been very disappointing. The last episode wasn't too bad but this episode is junk in the trunk. I don't think I laughed even once and everything about this episode is exaggerated. Most of the characters aren't even acting like themselves and this episode didn't add anything to the plot or story of the season, pretty much a filler like most of this season. I am very upset because this is one of my favorite shows and I really hope they bring it back. I want to see more of the mother because I thought the first episode was actually decent. I don't recommend watching this episode because it WILL be a letdown and doesn't even need to be seen :o

    Ridiculous

Another terrible episode, but that is nothing new for season 9. The episodes in this season are either boring, dumb, senseless or some combination of it all. It is now perfectly clear that it was a terrible idea to make all of the season 9 happen during the wedding and the writers are just throwing in random meaningless stuff in a desperate attempt to pad the run time. Also, after milking the whole mother theme for far too long, they are still not exploring that angle even after introducing her.

    Pathetic.

Not appropriate for the FINAL season

Normally I would have found "No questions asked" a decent episode - Marshall's fascination with ghosts and the gang's silly antics reminded me of the show's earlier seasons. However, the writers have a limited number of episodes to wrap up the show nicely and I really think they could have done better with this one. I think we all would have been very happy to see another scene with the mother, especially since Cristin Milioti has been credited as part of the main cast but we haven't seen her since episode 2, instead of yet another filler episode. I sincerely hope that the season will pick up after this episode, otherwise HIMYM's final season will prove to be a disappointing one. I give this episode 5 out of 10.

    • Trivia
In this episode, Marshall says he's never had a reason nor desire to ask Lily to do a favor for him "no questions asked". However, in S2E02 "The Scorpion and the Toad" after Lily returns from San Francisco and Barney has just "rack jacked" twins from Marshall, he asks her to do him a favor but to never ask him why. Lily then goes into the bar and throws a drink in Barney's face. Moments later, pretending to be her own twin, she does it again.

Ted claims to be stuck in the mailbox, which is locked by a passing mailman. The lock however, is just a bare piece of metal turning behind the frame. While Ted would have access to the metal keeping the door shut, this type of lock would still not turn without a key.

Ted Mosby: I just have to figure out how to get into Lily's room.

Marshall Eriksen: Easy. The lock on her door is busted, so...

Ted Mosby: [not listening] The drainpipe!

      Marshall Eriksen: What?

Ted Mosby: No big deal, I can totally climb it. I'll call you when it's done.

Marshall Eriksen: Her door is unlock-
